    Brief Description:

    Single Window On-line Application system including fee depositions of exam fee through online system/kiosks and filling of application form as well as examination process and generating admit cards etc. Candidates also being inform through SMS and emails, when he/she apply online and at the time of roll-number and admit card and result process.

    Why was the project started:

    In implementation of the project in March 2011, citizens of Rajasthan as well as India

    Objective:

    Single Window System to Candidates with on-line facility to fill the application form and getting other details

    Target Group: Candidates who needs to apply from anywhere

    Geographical Reach within India: All over India & abroad

    Geographical Reach outside India: All over world for indian candidates.

    1. Single window system on more than 2000 centers through e-Mitra Centre (Urban Area) and Common Service Centre (CSC) in Rural area.

    5. Single visit to e-Kiosks or one visit system for payment and apply on-line

    1. Annual Planner, first time ever in the history of RPSC
    2. All Pending Exams are scheduled timely
    3. Schedule for more than 150 Exams, Maximum Advertisements- more than 100
    4. Maximum Exams-70 (22 in one month)
    5. Maximum Revenue- More than Rs. 24 Crore, Cost recovered of on-line application system implementation

    1. RPSC On-line portal for end to end transaction tracking as well as Status
    2. Information flow through email and SMS
    3. Latest technology for best performance and security measures for the RPSC on-line portal

    1. Single visit to e-Kiosks or one visit system for payment and apply on-line
    2. e-mail & SMS integration system for application, admit card, result, information

    4. upgradable to mobile based application (be executed soon). This would be unique feature in on-line application system.
    5. IVR/e-Sanchar system will also be integrated soon.

    1. During the year 2011-2012 a number of 17.52 Lac applications were received On-line
    2. First Single Window System where candidates are also informed through E-mail and SMS on different stages of application and examination
    3. The RPSC on-line portal design is so easy that any user who is not acquaint with computers can also feel good while applying on-line
    4. By putting FAQs, Step by Step process a very effective and high response given to the portal
    5. Candidates were also allowed to verify their details as well as would able to download admit card etc.
