    Brief Description: 
    There was no tool available with departments of Government of Himachal Pradesh before 2008 in respect to Human resource management. The Government was not knowing even the exact strength of employees serving in various departments, what to talk of Employee information regarding Posting, Education, Promotion, Salary, Family, Retirement, Annual Property, ACR, etc. The decision makers were facing challenge of taking right decision at right time and

    Objective:
    To develop a complete HR solution for massive manpower of 2,34,705 employees of 146 Government departments posted in 27,918 offices of Government of Himachal Pradesh.

    Target Group:
    Government Secretariat,High Court and all Subordinate Courts, Head of the Departments,All employees (4% of total population),Citizens,Lokmitra Kendras

    1. Implemented in 146 different Departments /Boards/ Corporations of the state government and covers
    2. Service book of around 2, 34,705 employees digitized including their legacy data. Number of Trans
