    2. Timely selection of vendor.
    3. Fair and transparent vendor selection process.
    4. Timely execution / distribution.
    5. Competitive pricing.

    Five key challenges faced while implementing the Product/Programme/Project/Initiative/School and how they were overcome:

    1. How to design a professional RFP for such a large project, it was overcome by outsourcing the job to KPMG.
    2. Various departments Involved, it was overcome by getting a steering committee formed of respectable personalities in government.
    3. How to arrive at correct specifications, it was overcome by consulting notable organization like IIT Kanpur and IET Lucknow.
    4. How to get list of students and schools without duplication and false names, it was overcome by working closely with Department of Education, School Principals, district magistrates and Tehsildars and getting a bond signed by Students for penalty action in case of fraud.
    5. Smooth distribution of laptops without any disputes, it was overcome by getting a strong supplier with enough manufacturing capacity, working closely with city administration and police so that untoward incident is avoided and unlawful elements do not surface during distribution.
