Awards

  •  The eINDIA 2013 awards would celebrate and acknowledge unique and innovative initiatives in Governance, Education and Health sector across the country. Award nominations are invited under the respective thematic areas from government organizations, non-governmental organizations, private institutions and enterprises.

    eINDIA 2013 Awards will be given under the following categories:

    • eINDIA Governance Summit
    • eINDIA Education Summit
    • eINDIA Health Summit
    • Start-Up Initiatives

    Institutions/Enterprises/Corporates who wish to nominate themselves or others for the eINDIA 2013 Awards need to furnish details about the projects they are involved with. The award nominations will undergo a rigorous scrutiny and evaluation process and the awards will be given as either Public Choice Award or Jury Choice Award or both under various award categories. Our board of esteemed jury members would assess the submissions based on the following parameters:

    • Innovation
    • Scalability
    • Replicability
    • Ability to Overcome Challenges
    • Achievements
    • Impact Potential

    eINDIA 2013 Awards would be decided by certain procedures and rules governing the evaluation of the entries. It is pertinent to be informed that the entire process of evaluation and reporting will be conducted according to certain norms and schedules.

    The Award selection process will go through a dual process of Jury as well as public voting system. The selected winners will be felicitated at the Award giving ceremony of eINDIA 2013 conference.

    Selection Procedure

    The selection procedure for award nomination is sequential.

    • The project will be first nominated through an online form
    • The project will be verified and reviewed by a team of in-house reviewers. Any additional information, if required, will be asked for.
    • The project will be evaluated according to the criteria mentioned above.
    • Evaluated nominations will be opened for online voting.
    • The project will also be evaluated by an independent set of jury members
    • Winners will be announced at the Conference venue (Public Choice Award and Jury Choice Award)

     

    Important Information

    • The Finalist will be announced and felicitated at the eINDIA2013 Conference venue at Hyderabad International Convention Centre, Hyderabad, India
    • It is expected that some of the innovative practices/nominations will be documented and placed in the monthly print magazines: eGov, Digital Learning, and eHealth.
    • eINDIA 2013 organisers reserves the right to use all or part of any material projects/programmes, photographs, submissions or any details) generated for the purpose of this Award for any publicity campaign related to ICT in Governance, Education or Healthcare.
    • eINDIA 2013 organisers reserves the right not to make an award in case the nominations received are not found fit enough in terms of quality and quantity.
    • The Organisers may also nominate projects in special category that it feels should be in the consideration set.
